This website has been designed to help you search, view and order products as easily as possible. We do, though, understand that sometimes you may require some assistance when using this site. If you require any help, please contact us here and we will do our best to answer your questions.
Your Shopping Basket
Each product page on this website has a green 'Add to basket' button next to the price. When you click this button, the relevant product is added to your virtual 'Shopping Basket'. One it has been added, you can continue to browse the site freely - or even leave the site completely - and when you return to your Shopping Basket it will remember the products you added earlier.
On the Shopping Basket page, you can remove a product(s), update the quantity or proceed to the Checkout and complete your order.
The Shopping Basket also displays your current order total, including the total Delivery cost. Click here for more Delivery Information.
The Checkout
The Checkout process allows you to confirm your order and provide us with your delivery address and payment details. Please note that for your security we can only deliver to your Card Billing Address. This is to prevent fraudulent card transactions that request the delivery of goods to a separate address. When you place an order with us, your Billing/Delivery address will be checked by your issuing bank (called an AVS check) against the address that they have on record for you i.e. the address as written on your card/bank statements.
Please ensure that you enter your address details carefully, as any errors may prevent your card payment from being authorised by you bank.
Payment
At the last stage of the Checkout (which is on a secured page) you will be asked to enter your Credit/Debit card details. Please be careful to enter the details exactly as they appear on your card, as they may be rejected by your bank otherwise. (Your bank will make security checks on your card and address details each time you use your card on our site).
After you have entered your Card details you will be taken to the final order confirmation page where you can still cancel your order if you choose. If you decide to proceed and place your order, you may be required to enter or create a password for your card with MasterCard 'SecureCode' or VISA's 'Verified by VISA' security service. This is now standard practice in the UK when using a MasterCard or VISA card online.
If you experience any problems during the Payment process, please contact us as we'll almost certainly be able to help.
Your Order Receipt
If payment for your order was made successfully, you will be shown the 'Order Success' page which will also include a link to your Order receipt, which you can print out and keep for your reference. This will include an Order Reference number which you can use in any enquiries to us.
Security
Your security is of paramount importance to us. All card transactions made on the RedBox Cameras site are securely processed by PROTX, the UK's leading card payment processor. PROTX utilise the latest technology to secure your transaction and verify the card holder's identity, and as the card transaction is handled by PROTX, we never store (or indeed, get access to) your card number.
This site uses the latest 128Bit SSL Encryption to ensure your complete security. Click on the GeoTrust 'Site Seal' on the left side of the page to verify us.
